Wow, how our family has grown since then! Sarah, you crack me up but if I'd known how amazing you would be, I would have had you sooner! :) xoxoxoxGigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04743017995625896679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-260139043959026262.post-58861696305469486352009-10-01T09:00:48.428-08:002009-10-01T09:00:48.428-08:00In 1975 I was a twinkle in your eye ;) You had no ...In 1975 I was a twinkle in your eye ;) You had no idea, at the time, how amazing I would be LOL!Sarah Durhamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07891069997296509779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-260139043959026262.post-47989562869413960762009-09-26T18:27:02.569-08:002009-09-26T18:27:02.569-08:00It must be going around...I haven't felt much ...It must be going around...I haven't felt much like facebooking either. The rain is gone here -we were back up to 93 today, and that's fine with me. In 1975, I was 19 and giving birth to #1- Kristinn. I was also going to school in San Marcos, and it took me 7 years to finish my Bachelors' because I kept taking time off to have babies!Kathihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09408571999819780002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-260139043959026262.post-22330906562788666372009-09-25T09:41:39.285-08:002009-09-25T09:41:39.285-08:00Thanks, y'all--your comments made me smile. I...Thanks, y'all--your comments made me smile. I loved living in San Marcos and the college life. Had to laugh at CD being 7 in 1975--what a youngster! :) Lauri and I saw each other at the library yesterday and swore our undying love to Bruce. And considered hitting the road to follow him around for awhile. Cath, I was just checking for concert dates online because we will be out in November. We might make a quick trip to Chicago but he was just THERE, dammit! I saw the Baltimore date--would love to come but it's probably not happening this time. And, no, I don't think I could camp out overnight in the rain any more. I have very good concert karma and can usually manage to get a ticket even when the show is sold out, but don't always have the best seats that way. :) I saw him in '78 in Texas, too...that was probably my first time, then 6 more, which is NOTHING compared to the real fans, right?!

Steve, I may not make it Sunday, sad to say, but I will send you directions to Shawn's.Gigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04743017995625896679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-260139043959026262.post-91648729049333216432009-09-25T09:18:26.182-08:002009-09-25T09:18:26.182-08:00I saw Bruuuuuce in 1978 (yikes!) Rainy for the past 2 weeks (like every day rainy, all day long rainy) and another week in the forecast, quit blogging and Facebooking, and trying to get some semblance of order back into my life.
In 1975 I was living in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. It was actually a great time in my life. There were 3 couples--all the guys had been high school friends--and we lived in Dallas, Irving, and Ft. Worth. It was like a Friends episode every weekend when we went somewhere together, often staying over at each other's houses.Suzassippihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05684211841308097391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-260139043959026262.post-66369908434286335252009-09-23T22:57:14.945-08:002009-09-23T22:57:14.945-08:00I've missed your posts Gigi!
